
ERIC GARCIA (Novel) hails from Miami, Florida. His first
novel, the critically acclaimed detective yarn, "Anonymous Rex",
was published in 1999. He followed with a sequel, "Casual Rex",
which continued the adventures of Vincent Rubio, a dinosaur disguised as a
private detective in modern-day Los Angeles.
Garcia attended Cornell University and the University of Southern California,
where he majored in film and creative writing. In addition to working on the
popular "Rex" series, which has a new installment coming out in
February 2004, "Hot and Sweaty Rex", Garcia keeps busy with a host
of other projects for both film and television.
He lives outside Los Angeles, where he is currently producing and writing the teleplay for the Anonymous Rex television series.
